Small, high-performance automobiles are now being designed with motorcycle engines. They combine the power, compact size and efficiency of modern motorcycle engines with the weather protection and (sometimes) second-passenger seating of a sportscar.
Perhaps the most exciting of these vehicles is a three-wheeled street-legal version of a formula car known as the T-Rex. While not inexpensive (at about $50,000 US) it is nonetheless cheap considering that it has the performance of a Ferrari for a fraction of the price.

- I'm interested in nature, technology, and the human interface between the two. I see anthropocentrism (often combined with ethnocentrism and/or excessive religious fervor) as probably the most damaging human mindset, at least environmentally-speaking. A great goal of mine is to inspire a love of nature in people. I believe we will all benefit if everyone can create a bond with other organisms and feel the connectedness of all life on our planet. We all have to realize that humans are not separate from the rest of nature.
